Building Collaboration with Lego® A workshop bringing challenge and fun to team training!
As someone who started the session by describing themselves as, ‘Lego wary,’ I found myself growing in confidence and competence and really enjoyed taking turns at fulfilling the different roles of Engineer, Supplier, Builder and Quality Control, (my personal favourite role) and Waiting, (not so good at this!)
What is included?
A 90 minute session run by a trained facilitator at a location of your choice. Each session can host up to 30 delegates.
All bricks and instructions are provided
What skills to delegates need to have?
No technical building skills are required! The activities will help your teams to reflect on their creative and critical thinking, communication, conflict resolution and strategy skills.
