OpenED Ltd was founded in 2019 to provide support to adults who are struggling in daily life and employment due to being Neurodivergent (e.g. Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, Autism) or having literacy difficulties.

Since then, we have helped many individuals to improve their skills, learn strategies and gain qualifications, employment or promotion.

We have worked with major chain stores, small and large businesses, and FE providers to make strategic change towards an inclusive working and learning environment.

We also provide a consultancy and training service to support with inclusive access and reasonable adjustments in education or in the workplace, and offer advocacy to employees, employers, parents and young adults.
